Well, we're about 7 days behind the intended October 31st release, so first of all, we want to offer a sincere apology.

But delays tend to happen when we’re working on the biggest update of the year with limited time.

Development for this release actually started back in early August. Since we knew this update would be much larger than usual, the previous update was intentionally smaller, which allowed us to split the team:

• One group worked on update 0.23 (which released on schedule).
• And the other has been fully dedicated to working on this current major update.

Now, we’re very close to finishing. There are only a few remaining images, and according to our artists, each one is already well underway, so we expect them to be completed in the next couple of days.

Remember: if you are a Ginger-tier Patron, you can view the detailed development progress at any time. However, a warning - the task titles and notes may contain story spoilers, so proceed at your own risk!

Once the final images are completed, we will compile and release the Beta version immediately, skipping the Alpha stage entirely. This means we won’t be doing our usual closed internal testing this time. So, once again, we’ll be relying on all of you to report any issues you encounter. We’ve tested the build extensively during development, and no major adjustments were made to the source code, so there shouldn't be any problems, but of course, there’s always a chance that something slips through.
